I have a 2021 RZR XP 1000 that was needing some warranty work. I didnt purchase this machine from Freedom Cycle but after making contact with Garrett in the service department you would have thought that I was a life long customer which really made me feel good about choosing their dealership. . After their diagnosis of my machine Garrett was in contact

with me letting me know what the issue was and when the work would be completed. The work was completed as promised. This day and age customer service doesnt seem to be a priority with a lot of businesses, but Freedom Cycle is the exception to that, customer service is their priority. Thank you Garrett and the service team. I also was needing to order a replacement part for my click 6 harnesses. I met Tyler in the parts department and he was more than helpful in an attempt to find the part I was needing. Unfortunately, Polaris doesnt sell the part individually so Tyler is going to contact them directly to determine what action can be taken. Again, customer service is a priority to the service department. Thank you Tyler. I look forward to my future business dealings with Freedom Cycle.

I finally found my Honda Trail 125 ABS. She's beautiful and I bought her yesterday evening with 0 miles. In between work and errands, it is 2:00pm today and there are now 45 miles.

This is the best place to buy a utv, go cart, atv or motorcycle. The Staff in all departments are laid back and very friendly. Salesman are not overbearing or pushy. They actually call you back when you the unit or item you want comes in. I have bought a sxs, go cart and motorcycle here over the last 3 or 4 years and they have been great every time.

This was my 2nd Can Am Spyder from Freedom Cycles. Tyler was awesome (as usual) in getting me what I needed to be able to trade up. Maggie was friendly & efficient in getting us financed again. Angie took good care of us after the sale. Good place to buy your next bike or utv (ask for Tyler.)

Worst experience I have had At a dealership. Waited 30 minutes to be greater by a salesman. Then he was not nice, never even told me his name, didn't even want to talk about the Vulcan I came there to look at. Tried to posh me toward other bikes that are not even like what i wanted. Would not show me anything that was not right next to him. Horrible ! Short dark haired guy. I will never come in there again and plan to tell every rider I know to never there.

Maggie Weichert was wonderful. Mike in service was wonderful. Casey Kemp was unwilling to help me after the sale was made. There was a problem with the seat. When I ask Casey, he responded with," Not my problem it's out of my hands" I was not impressed! I also ask him to please don't me that guy. He repeated what he already had said! Mike stepped and and called the sales manager and everything was taken care of and new seat is on order. I felt that Casey was all about the sale but was hands off when I had a concern!

I had a fantastic experience while shopping and going through the process of purchasing my motorcycle. I bought a 2007 Honda Shadow Spirit just under 16K on it. Buying older bikes with many miles on them can be a little disconcerting, but by virtue of their over 30 point check system, I trusted that it is and will be a great bike. With the added warranty and service package options that Freedom Cycles offers, you can have absolute confidence that no matter what, everything will be ok. The staff was awesome and everyone was nice and real with you. George helped me and was very personable. Maggie bent over backwards to make things work, she is amazing. Freedom Cycles is our "go-to" place. Caleb and the rest of the folks in Service, are wonderful. Bought my bike late on a Saturday afternoon and even though they had to work late, the service guys really took their time going over everything. When I called 2 weeks later to switch out my seat,Caleb took care of it so quickly and without any questions. Maggie in Finance deserves an extra loud shout out for taking care of my title issue (someone other than Maggie did it originally). She had the correction to me in no time flat. When we went in again a few weeks later to ask about the ASAP program, she took the time to really explain it to us and no pressure to buy, either. We really appreciate the honest and clear communication!Sales and Parts are also great. No pressure, lots of information, and very helpful. They always take time to chat and make you feel welcome. We've been into the dealership several times in 2017 and had many positive experiences. Maggie in finance was exceptionally helpful. She took the time to review everything with us and was very personable throughout even though we were not making a purchase at that time. I stopped in Saturday to ask questions after having my stolen Hayabusa recovered and Laurie Stock made me feel like I was important!! She answered all my questions and walked to the showroom so that I could explain the parts to her. I had a great experience at Freedom Cycles. So good in fact, that I returned a month after buying a motorcycle to buy another one. I have been absolutely impressed with the friendliness and willingness to help that I've received from everyone I've interacted with. I will continue coming to Freedom Cycles for any motorsport purchases or service in the future for the best deals & customer service I've yet to find.

Biggest selection around. My salesman was George. He was great. Very informative and not pushy. This is my first bike and very happy with it. The parts girl went above and beyond to get us bags and windshield that was affordable. Then to the finance lady. If I remember right, Maggie. She was amazing. Very quick, she explained everything and didn't push the warranties, she just explained them. The service was good too. I did have to take it back to get a new battery but everyone worked with me and was very professional.I highly recommend this place. They are very concerned about customer satisfaction. I would buy here again.

We just bought a 2017 Polaris this past weekend and our experience was amazing. They were easy to work with, and not pushy like most other places. I would recommend them to anyone as they have the best customer service.

Lou helped us determine the right UTV and accessories to go with it. We purchased a Special Edition Razor and loaded it up. The accessories/parts department was extremely helpful.

My wife and I left Montreal, Canada for a 22 day ride through the Unted States to California and back. During our ride home, I noticed my tires were wearing out badly. I sent out a post on Facebook to the Gold Wing riders group asking for help in finding a reputable and trustworthy Honda service center to work on my baby. We were in Kansas city at the time and Freedom cycles came back as a possability. From the second I called and explained my situation, Freedom cycles basically took over and made sure I was taken care of. I own a brand new Gold Wing GL 1800 limited edition and was worried about an unknown service center working on my bike. I can say with the utmost sincerity that the sales staff and service center were professional, experts and truly a friendly group. I have nothing but great things to say and pass on to those who may read this testimonial. The service center was very busy and took care of me right away to allow us to continue on our fantastic journey. While we were waiting, a sales person took us under his wing and helped pass the short waiting time with stories and his sincere interest in our journey. After shopping around for the last 2 weeks I found myself at freedom cycles, was greeted kindly at the door, salesmen was very kind and not the overbearing stalker type that you commonly find in dealerships. I needed a few days to compare prices and financing and after 2 days of deliberation I found myself back at freedom cycles signing on my new purchase. Appointment was at 1 pm and I was on the road by 2 very satisfied with my experience at freedom cycles and will most definitely be returning for my next bike when that time comes. Definitely look into their additional warranties on used bikes. Sometimes buying used is scary but with the broad coverages they offer it made my buying experience worry free. After walking out of 2 dealerships in St. Louis, and not being particularly excited about the service at the 3rd, I was very nervous about my 4 hour drive to Kansas City to buy a motorcycle.

However I was pleasantly surprised with how the whole experience went. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman. I told him I needed a restroom and Caleb, and yes, in that order. He showed me the restrooms, and by the time I was done reliving 4 hours of driving, Caleb was in the showroom waiting for me. To my delight, the whole experience went this smoothly!

Caleb showed me the bike, took care of all of the questions, and pointed me to Maggie in Finance. While Maggie got me set up, the "parts guy" Roman took over. He helped me get fitted properly with a helmet,, ramps for my truck, and a few other odds and ends. Then it was back to Maggie to finish things up. Maggie was very professional, with a flare of personality mixed in A very nice touch for the worst part of buying anything. A few minutes, and a few laughs later, Maggie had everything signed and organized for in a folder. Maggie actually organized my purchase folder with all of the standard papers in one section, and all of the pertinent info I would need for the license bureau in a "pop up fashion". This is huge for a guy that hates dealing with the DMV! She worked hard with the lender to make sure that I had the funding I needed to get what I wanted. I purchased a 2016 Polaris Ranger, and could not be happier!From the salesman (Thanks Lou) to the finance department (Maggie, you rock) everybody was top notch! I never left from the time I walked in until I was taking my machine home. Even during a super busy time, they were very quick to get things done. Laurie showed me all the functions and I was off. They even loaned me a trailer to take home for the evening. I will definitely be back to fill my toy box!!!

Our son recently bought a utility vehicle in September 2015. We researched for quite awhile before he made up his mind to spend this much on a "toy". He has been very happy with his purchase and was especially happy that because it it farm exempt, he did not have to pay sales tax or title it. Our salesman was excellent, and we found Maggie to be very knowledgeable about all of the financial ins and outs. We finally decided to finance it with our own bank because we were looking for the best rate at the time. No offense to Maggie, but our bank gave our son a better interest rate.

One month ago, we got a document from the Missouri Revenue Service wondering why we had not paid sales tax, had not applied for a title, etc. When I called Maggie, she encouraged me to bring it in right away. There was a problem and she wanted to get to the bottom of it. Long story short, our bank assumed it was a vehicle to be titled because it had a vin number. They did this in error, and thanks to Maggie, we were able to give our bank the correct information, and we don't have to pay sales tax or title it. Maggie saved the day!!! Thank you so much Maggie!!

I recently had an issue with my extended warranty on my Polaris rzr. Called the finance department and spoke with Maggie. I explained my issue to her and she went above and beyond to correct the problem. She went as far as to call the warranty company herself. She got the problem corrected and continued to follow up with me to ensure that the situation was resolved and that I was completely satisfied. She made sure to tell me that if I had anything else that she could help with not to hesitate to call. Two weeks later she called just to make sure everything went as promised. well it took a bit longer for the 2015 Wing with ABS to get in but Freedom (Ryan) did an amazing job keeping my wife and i abreast of shipping dates and finally after waiting three months, it was here... Ryan and the staff made it a perfect day. what i thought was a prestine 2010 Wing i was trading in found i had maintenance issues. Freedom went over and beyond what was expected and stayed with in the original trade price that was offered even though my 2010 had over 700 in repairs that needed to be made. over the years we have purchsed several bikes from HD to all Hondas and Freedom is by far the best to deal with. great job guys... and thanks for the toy!

The salesman I dealt with just told me what I wanted to hear to get me into the store. Once there it went South. I had left the store without purchasing anything until the owner, Jeff, got involved. This is truly a great dealership. I ended up buying a 2012 ZX-14R and a 2013 Victory Cross Country Tour from them as well as many accessories for both and their prices, service, and attitudes are great. The guys and gal running the parts counter are very helpful and will do anything they can to help you get what you need. The sales associates ( Ryan in my case ) are great as well and are able to match and beat almost any price you will come across! This dealership is 60 mins away and I can find a few things online a bit cheaper than them, but I go back for the people and the ride out and back! I am looking into buying a PWC and Freedom Cycles will be the first, and likely last, place I need to go to get a good deal made. Financing is also very quick and easy. I bought both my motorcycles using their financing and they were able to get me good rates and low monthly payments! You know you are in good company when you would willingly hang out with the people in the dealership outside of the transaction. Yes, they need to make money, but they do care and will help you out. Great people and great prices on ever more expensive machines... not much else to be desired!

Maggie was great helping us with all the paperwork on our most recent bike purchase. And Roman is our go to guy in service. If he doesn't have the answer, he works hard to get for us. We love having the service agreement. It makes our bike service carefree. My wife loves to come with me for service so she can go shopping in the accessories. She even purchased a scooter one time. Keep up the great work!

I just bought my dream bike, KTM 990 Adventure Baja. All I can say is I LOVE it. I really feel like I not only bought my dream bike but also bought into a family. I recently had a service problem that required Freedom to get Kawasaki involved to resolve. I didn't have much hope that the problem would get resolved in a fair manner. Roman, Kurt and Scott spent a great deal of time with both me and Kawasaki to educate me and explain my situation to Kawasaki. I am delighted with how this was handled and would encourage everyone to give these guys a try if you don't already use them. They are extremely responsive, patient and have a great understanding of customer service. I can assure you I was not their best service customer but these guys rock. Kawasaki makes a great product and the guys at Freedom only make it better - Thanks for all of your help!

I had recently come in to purchase a helmet. At first no one was helping me or acknowledging me, but the salesman Derek came over and answered all my questions and told me about things I hadn't even thought to ask. He helped me find the best fit, the best deal, and the best helmet for me. I just finished the BRP and will be back soon to look at some bikes.

Just finished reading the article about you and the dealership. I graduated in1974 and my husband I have a BMW &Triumph dealership in Windsor, CA, just outside Santa Rosa,CA. One of the owners at Engles is a CMSU grad and 1 of the old owners of BMW Motarrad of St Louis grad. in 1972 as I recall. The guy who purchased Motarrad (& quickly went out of business anger breaking his leg in So Africa @the GS intro in '94) also was a CMSU. I am orginally from Chilicothe & my husband was stationed at Whitman when we met. Enough babbling. It was an interesting article.

Did most of the sale through email. I came in to do the paperwork a few days later and I couldn't of been more pleased with everything. All the way from the gentleman who greeted me at the door, to the service manager who went over everything with me in detail on what to do and what not to do.

That girl Brittany is great. She had a wonderful smile and helped me out.

Maggie (finance) and Caleb (sales) were rock stars. Great service and it did not ""feel"" like the typical sales/paperwork that you get at other dealers. Caleb was crisp and got it done quickly and Maggie was fabulous and knowledgable when it came time to purchase and work out the details. Great overall experience!

I looked online for two months looking for a bike for the wife. Freedom had the best selection and price. Caleb was able to answer all of my questions in a timely fashion. Maggie made the paperwork go so fast I didn't even have time to warm up the office chair seat. The only minor thing I didn't like was that since I didn't finance at Freedom I had to pay for a temporary tag. Other than that, it was a great, hassle free purchase. We were also able to get her a new jacket and some gloves. It was one stop shopping. In a few years when we are ready to replace my bike, Freedom will be my first call. Thank you Freedom Cycles.

I've been through a bunch of dealerships in four states and Freedom ranks at the top. The time the service department spent prepping the carbs etc on my 01 zx6r has it running stout. Eleese Bauer is exceptional with her friendly demeanor and customer service! Sales staff and parts are super friendly yet not pushy. They inform the customer and allow the potential customer to be the key ingredient in what ever purchase they make.

My first experience with Freedom Cycles was in the fall of 2009 with my first bike purchase since the late 80's. Since then, I have purchased my second dream ride, two sets of tires, oil changes, a full exhaust system, and other maintenance between the two rides. There's just not enough room here for me to compliment and thank the whole Freedom Cycles organization in Grandview, MO. Jay was very helpful and spent lots of time with me. Showed rebate signs on the warn winch display but after I purchased it realized they were expired. Also winch seemed overpriced now that I'm at home looking on the internet. I understand Freedom cycles has overhead but it lists 448.50 and I purchased it for about 5% off of list. "About 1978-1979 I bought a Brooks Leather Jacket from you all, I think Mike and Jenni both sold it to me. As the years passed I gave it to my niece. This Christmas she passed it back to me.
